Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help and you have up to 30 days to do so. After this time period you may be eligible for a store credit depending on our discretion. 

Just send us a message using the form at the bottom of the page, or email us, sales@artisanandsons.ca , with your Shopify or Amazon order number to get the process started. You may also initiate a return using the online tools provided by Amazon and Shopify on their websites.

Please know that we only refund the cost of the item. The cost of outbound and return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount unless the item has a manufacturer defect.

 

Warranty

Electrical parts and steel frame parts are not covered by warranty after purchase unless it is a manufacturing defect.

A 20% "Restocking Fee" will also be deducted from all refunds except for items damaged before delivery to customer.

 

Amazon.ca or .com:

Go to Your Orders to display your recent orders. To return a gift, see Return a Gift.

Choose the order and select Return or Replace Items.

Select the item you want to return, and select an option from the Reason for return menu.

Choose how to process your return.

If applicable, select to issue a refund or replacement.

For items sold from an Amazon seller, you'll see a Submit return request. We will then review your return request before issuing a refund or replacement.

Once you have qualified for a refund, you will be provided with a prepaid shipping label. Upon receiving the items in perfect condition, ASW will then issue a refund minus the cost of the shipping label and any other customs related fees that may occur.

Amazon Return Instructions:

We are sorry to hear that our product won't meet your requirements. If you would like a refund, please return the items by printing and taping the mailing address label we have provided along with the prepaid shipping label we have provided.

Make sure that the customs invoice is marked as a "Returned Item" and the words "Returned Item" are marked and clearly visible somewhere on the packaging.

Using other carriers or services other than the one provided by us, may result in additional shipping fees that you as the buyer will be responsible for. Please only use the label we have provided you with.

Once we receive the returned item in perfect shape we will issue a refund or partial refund minus the cost of the prepaid shipping label.

MUST PROVIDE US WITH PHOTOS OF SHOWING THE CONDITION OF PRODUT BEFORE RETURNING SO WE CAN DETERMINE IF IT QUALIFIES FOR A REFUND OR PARTIAL REFUND AT OUR DISCRETION.

Shopify Return Instructions:

To initiate a return or refund for items purchased on https://artisanandsons.ca/, please send an email to sales@artisanandsons.ca within 30 days of your purchase and explain your reason for wanting to return the item.
